The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is constructed from high-grade Ti6Al4V alloy, meeting the stringent requirements of ISO5832-3:2016 for medical implants.
The suture is crafted from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) material without coating, woven from multiple UHMWPE yarns to ensure maximum strength and biocompatibility, conforming to ASTM F2848-17. The blue color indicator is FDA-approved material (code 73.1015).
For the insertion tool, the components contacting the human body are made of medical-grade stainless steel (ASTM F899-12b), while the ergonomically designed handle is manufactured from durable polycarbonate and ABS material.
