Magnesium Aluminum Zinc Ground Mounting Systems for Solar Panels:
This solar ground mounting bracket is strictly designed according to the maximum wind speed, maximum snow load, solar panel specifications and other design schemes. While ensuring sufficient strength, installation efficiency and labor costs are optimized. The support foundations include: straight into the ground, ground screws, and cement piers.
The double column structure can be ground bolt column or piling column. Ground screw posts allow for tiny height adjustments, while piling columns offer higher strength for various installation requirements.

Step 1: Installing Ground Screws
The first step is to install the ground screws. These screws are used to anchor the support structure to the ground using specialized equipment. The depth depends on the soil type to hold the system weight.

Step 2: Install the Beams
After the foundation is set, install the beams. Connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the pole using bolts and nuts securely.

Step 3: Installing Rails
Attach the rail that will support the solar panels to the beam using brackets and bolts. Ensure that the rail is level before proceeding.

Step 4: Installing Solar Panels
Finally, attach the solar panels to the rail using mounting hardware. Ensure each panel is securely fastened.
