Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we hold relevant international certifications for medical device manufacturing quality and safety standards.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalog items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products. However, inventory levels fluctuate based on sales conditions. We recommend contacting our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept payment via L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
