Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification to ensure high-quality standards.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers need smaller sample orders initially for testing. We could offer free samples, but do not cover the freight cost.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. We recommend contacting our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤800USD, 100% in advance. For payments >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
